Alexandra supports our clients with our state-of-the-art intercultural programs. Working closely with the IBI team of trainers, she ensures that our trainers can fully focus on the needs of your international professionals and can enable your teams to benefit from their differences and excel in their job.

Background

As a graduate of the Lyon Business School and finance executive by background, Alexandra has worked with a range of multinational companies across sectors. An expatriate for the past 15 years, Alexandra has lived in France, the UK, Belgium, Russia, and the Netherlands. She experienced first hand the impact of cultural differences on our interactions, and how interculturally competent executives have learned to master these challenges.
