An ACC-certified leadership coach, Camilla helps expatriates to understand and deal with the challenges of coming home.
Background
Relocating for the first time at the age of 11, Camilla grew up as a cross cultural child. Since then, she has lived and worked on three continents and knows from first-hand experience what it means to navigate the wellbeing of a family of five through several relocations, supporting three children in growing up across cultures and establishing their own lives.
Intercultural Trainer
With 30+ years of working across cultures and corporate settings, as employee, entrepreneur and freelancer, Camilla brings a wealth of experience and insight to her practice as intercultural leadership coach.
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Camilla is also certified in Mindfulness Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and Team Coaching, and holds a Diploma in Executive Education – Women in Leadership. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Society of Intercultural Education, Training, and Research (SIETAR). One topic close to her heart is Climate Awareness, where she invites colleagues and clients to a conversation on their role as citizens living across cultures.
Focus on Repatriation
Having repatriated three times during different stages of her life, with and without family, Camilla understands the often unexpected challenges of returning back to one’s own country. In her repatriation programmes, she integrates her personal experience with her professional knowledge and coaching education. Creating the space her clients need to share experiences and learn from each other, Camilla then invites them to build strategies that will help them to settle well.
