Qantas Airways was one of the first companies using online programmes for soft skills training. We designed and delivered country-specific online learning programmes for cabin crew and ground staff, helping them to understand and deal with the needs of customers from Japan, Korea, China, Australia and India. We also produced an online intercultural programme for all staff as well as an online intercultural programme for managers of Qantas Airways.

We designed and have been delivering the Small Private Online Course (SPOC) Essential competences for international success for all government staff with international responsibilities. Up to 175 employees from all over the world can join the SPOC for joint learning and development of the four competences of Intercultural Readiness.

For more than five years, IBI has supported expatriates of Asurion and their partners in getting ready for the expatriate challenge and for living and working in the host country. Ninety percent of all programmes have been delivered entirely through online means, including online assessment of Intercultural Readiness, telephone coaching and video training by expatriation and culture specialists.

For more than five years, we have been offering online certification for the Intercultural Readiness Check to members of organisations from around the world, including Georgetown University, Deakin University, Talengo,  Intercultures, ITIM International, the Howard Center, Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, Ghent University, Aston Business School and Crown Relocations.

We design and deliver online and blended programmes for members of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for members of other Dutch ministries whose work is international in orientation.
